From the day a young person joins our school in Year 7 they become part of the world-wide Salesian Family. This family is like a tree with many branches:

Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB)

The Salesian congregation was established by St John Bosco in 1895 as a society of consecrated men, priests and brothers. Since the beginning, they have dedicated themselves to the instruction and education of the young in schools, youth centres, parishes, technical and agricultural schools, the communications media, and the missions.

Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA)

The Salesian Sisters. Guided by the formative wisdom of Mother Mazzarello and by the constant accompaniment of Don Bosco, the FMA creatively combined the "Preventive System" with women's resources and with the needs of women's and children's education, with an active presence in schools and catechesis.

Salesian Cooperators

Established by Don Bosco himself, the Salesian Cooperators are Catholics who are living the Gospel message in the spirit of Saint John Bosco while choosing to live in the world. The Salesian Cooperators are single or married lay men and women, or diocesan clergy, who dedicate themselves to the welfare of young people, and live guided by Don Bosco's Salesian Spirit. Salesian Youth Movement

SYM is an international community of Salesian young people and groups involved with the animation of Salesian youth work. It organises formation and networking opportunities, seeking to share and live the Salesian charism among young lay people.
