Another milestone in the annals of the Bolton Catholic Primaries and Secondaries to gather together at Thornleigh Salesian College to celebrate BOSCEP Carol Service.

Theme being “there is room in the inn”, letting everyone recognise that we are fortunate to have a roof over our heads and enjoy peace during this Christmas. It’s not the same for many people in the war zones in different parts of the world. The service created awareness for everyone to be grateful for all that we enjoy every day. During the service, every school representative came up to place a little piece of linen to build the cradle of Baby Jesus. The singing from different schools as well as the Thornleigh were outstanding.

We were delighted to have Dave Bagley from Urban Outreach with us for the service and the BOSCEP school presented him with a cheque for £1000 to support the work that they do to bring Christmas joy to the people of our town – “Christmas Meal on Jesus”.
